Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship
Please note: This is not my full time business and I only have limited time to work on projects after my 8-5 job. Thank you for understanding!
Processing time
All of your leather good are handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.
Custom or made-to-order items will require additional processing time, which will be noted in product description.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Most orders will have a $10 shipping charge. Orders over $100 will get free shipping!
Estimated delivery times (after processing.)
We only ship Domestic (in the U.S.) We do not ship internationally!
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. We are shipping through USPS!
Once your order ships you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for order shipped to an incorrectly provided address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged packages
Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stollen, or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of your delivery with photos so we can assist you.
