Product Information

All of our products are handmade from genuine leather. Each item is unique - small variations in color, texture, and markings are part of what makes them special. These natural differences are not considered defects.

We do our best to accurately display colors and details, but screen settings may cause slight differences between what you see and the actual product.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is required at checkout to complete your order. We accept most major credit cards and other payment methods available through our website's checkout process. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, such as in the cased of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory.

Shipping and delivery

We carefully package and ship each order. Processing times vary depending on the product order and volume. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Wild Roots Leather Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right - whether that means replacement, repair, or refund. "Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange"
